The Epic Health primary care project in Southfield required heavy rehabilitation, demolition and restoration that made this remodel project feel like a ground-up project. Our team worked very strategically during demolition to comply with ordinances and permits, but perform the heavy-lifting needed to recreate the facility. After working through many challenges, our team was thrilled to turn over a beautiful and modern family medicine practice to the Southfield community.
