Holiday Inn Express

This project began as a ground-up construction, delivering a new Holiday Inn Express to the Waterford community. The hotel was built to IHG’s brand standards with guest rooms, breakfast and lounge areas, a business center, and fitness amenities. Years later, the Kalabat team returned to complete a full renovation, modernizing interior finishes, upgrading common areas, and enhancing the guest experience. The result is a refreshed, high-performing property that continues to serve travelers with comfort and consistency.
