Working with the Opal Dental Group team was a pleasure for the K4 MDC team. This project required complete demolition of an existing office suite in a medical plaza, which presented challenges in demolition and construction as our goal was to have as little impact on the existing and neighboring operations and practices. With strong coordination and planning, our team was able to successfully modify the space to bring the doctor’s vision to life.
